The Shrimp soup was absolutely delicious!
Authentic. Lunch yesterday was great! I had Guisado de Puerco and Rita had Chicken a la Parilla - the sort of food that mi hermanos brought for me every day for 2 weeks when I worked construction after I got out of the Navy, dead broke and waiting for my first paycheck. That was lunch yesterday - homemade Mexican food. The flavor was perfect, not over spiced or too much heat from the spices. I could taste the pork, the green chili, the beans and rice.
