Service is garbage. Food is cold. No dressing for the salad. Asked multiple times for dressing. Called and they had attitude because it’s “Just sauce” paid $32 for trash. Visiting from out of town. Team member:Kaitlin. Spend your money somewhere else

Slowest I have ever been to and the food came out cold. Not good.
Okay...I need to do this. I have very fragile blood sugar. It plummeted as i walked in. My sandwich came out wrong....worst time....hangry. When the manager came to check on me, i told her my sandwich was wrong. She insisted on bringing me a new sandwich. When she returned, I apologized for my behavior(i am sure i was snappy...not proud of that). I told her that I am hypoglycemic, and that she should use the sandwich for another order. She insisted that i take it "in case it drops again later". It did, and she is my hero. I don't care if she reads this, or ever knows about this review. I hope she is just happy across the board. This wasn't good customer service...this was good humanity. Thank you. I mean this to the mystery lady...thank you.

This particular restaurant was very slow for a Chik-fil-a. I ordered a salad and it was missing the cherry tomatoes. We received no napkins or enough utensils. We also ordered Mac and cheese with the salad but only one fork and no knife was given. It was not during lunch rush either.
