We were greeted by a very sweet young lady and she was very kind! Our problem was the food came after 50 minutes and we didn’t appreciate that! We told the server but she stayed sweet and explained that something happened with the kitchen! The place is pretty and I love the cacti outside! Our server was Jamia by the way!

Dirty cups couldn't stay after we sent first drink back. There was creamer or whip cream floating in the glass. Then next glass comes out with lipstick.. server didn't care. No management to be seen and only about 10 people dinning on a Sunday. Can't see them lasting much longer and it's a shame .

I visited 12/20/25 and have been here quite a few times. I drive 20 minutes to this location because it’s the best one. I had the honor of Rachel being my server for breakfast and she is just the most kind human, even when customers aren’t nice back. There was an old man who she was also serving and he whistled at her, which is so disrespectful to do to anyone. I don’t think his table tipped her at all either. And to the end she was so kind. I had the means to tip her extra today and I’m so glad for it. The management at this IHOP needs to give a pay raise to all of the staff, because everyone I have met is nice. Thank you, Rachel!

Fabulous service today! Amilda got our order exactly right and was attentive from start to finish; her customer service was truly fantastic. The gentleman named Deseeze (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!) made the entire visit fun and engaging. He greeted us with a big, warm hello and even heated our syrup—which absolutely made the pancakes even better!
We also got to witness him pull a magical dinosaur out of a kid’s ear… honestly, it entertained the kid and us adults just as much.
Huge shout-out to Iris for leading such an incredible team at the Kemah location. It’s always clean, friendly, welcoming, and consistently delivers great service. And of course, the food is always cooked to perfection! Highly recommend.

Frankly I am a breakfast person I love breakfast. And I love IHOP! In the past I have heard people say IHOP that's where you want to go to breakfast? Hell yes. I just finished the most exquisite meal, blueberry pancakes and a piece of French toast, bacon eggs hash browns and a delicious fruit cup. The food is reasonably priced unique and delicious. I highly recommend. Oh yeah plus I usually get it to go but I always receive good service.

Food was great, however service is horrible. Christiaan K was our server, but hardly visted our table the entire time, leaving several empty finished plates, never offered refills. When we asked, he told us afterwards there was an additional charge, which he forgot to add on at the end of the meal, so he took back our check after we handed him our card to pay. He was unwelcoming, didnt know basics of the menu, and solely focused on flirting with the 2 men seated next to us, making gestures, watching them, and visiting their table every 2 or so minutes while ignoring us and 2 others. Horrible horrible service, go to the one on Nasa Parkway, staff is always top notch
