The hot chai latte had undectible flavor of chai. It should have had pepper/spices known as chai blend. It was a vanilla-ish foamy milk drink. Also a single tamale was served in an oversized cardboard takeout box that could hold a dozen tamales easily. Very wasteful. They might consider getting paper hot dog trays tamales could neatly fit inside. It would also take up less space in the narrow trash can. I take my grandchild to the park next door often and this was the first time ordering anything. It's a risk for a senior on limited income to spend almost $6 on a drink as a rare treat. The chicken tamale was delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised with Soulfreak! Would definitely recommend visiting for coffee and with the kids. It's conveniently located in the park, the play area is just out side and you can even monitor your kids if your inside because of the big windows.
Lots of outdoor seating, too and all shaded by the huge oak trees. Overall, just a really relaxing atmosphere. I'm a remote worker, and always looking for the new, best coffee shop. Can't wait to go back again!
