Ordered and was told to pull up and wait…. I waited 11 mins before I went in to ask about my order, the manager Hillary looked lost and confused. She asked and no one gave me an answer so I went back to my car to wait…. I waited FIVE more mins and went back In asking for a refund!!! They still didn’t have my order!!!!! The WORST Wendy’s!!!!

You've got to try the fish. The fish sandwich is cooked to order so it's hot, crispy and good. It's served with fresh lettuce and chunky pickles. It's my favorite I wish it was on the menu year around. We also got the brownie frosty, that was a treat !

I was the only one in the dining room And two cars at drive through and yet it took 15 minutes to get my Dave’s double and fries. Fries hot, burger was ice cold and couldn’t even melt the cheese. Not the first time here. I’m done.

Waited for over 15 minutes to be seen for the individual to shout out they had a customer at the window. As I exit with no service provided noticed another vehicle parked at window having a conversation and laughing. Rude attitude, unprofessional, unproductive. I will never spend another dollar at this facility.

The manager was so rude when we ordered and when we got to the window, They demanded we move forward with no cars in line. So we did, we asked for more bbq and he wouldn’t bring it so we had to go inside. This is the second time we have had this service so I am leaving a review this time
The food is decent when you catch it fresh but the drive through cashiers, especially the one working on Jan 28th around noon, are not very friendly or customer service oriented. Management should definitely look into why the reviews for this location is so low.

When it’s busy in drive thru ! When my turn comes she ask me to not take orders bc they’re busy right now ! I got it ! But this happens multiple times and today asked me to come to lobby to order my food 😏 her system not working but when I get inside! She already took another one behind me and served him/her first. 0 for service but food nothing to say about !

I can hardly contain myself how impressed I am with the effort put into this. I don’t think I could do it if I tried half asleep or maybe even near death. While I realize, I simply cannot blame the underpaid employees inside of that building, just a tad more effort. Just a tad. But again, I don’t blame them. Owners underpay these guys, get what ya get.
