What a disappointment. We ate there for the first time last week. I ordered a pulled pork plate and half of what was supposed to be meat was big hunks of fat. $15 is awfully expensive for a big plate of fat. The waitress saw it and all she said was, "Sorry!" But the waitress didn't care about making this customer happy, she didn't try to make it right by taking the plate to show it to the kitchen or her manager, nor was I offered any lean sliced brisket to compensate for the big...read full review
The entire staff here are so friendly! Today our great granddaughter turned 1 and they came out with a special made banana pudding and sang happy birthday to her. And I should note- we eat here every Sunday after church but today they also have her a birthday gift in a bag! Above and beyond!! Thank you so much- she’s only 1 but she had a blast!
We visited Chisholm Trail Smokehouse for dinner, and it exceeded all our expectations. The brisket was cooked to perfection, the sausage packed with flavor, and the standout was the incredible jalapeño popper. And if that wasn’t enough, the sopapilla for dessert was absolutely flawless. To top it off, the owner, Jose, came out to introduce himself, which really added a personal touch. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend everyone give it a try.
