All of the staff is amazing and super sweet. The manager was amazing and present. As my kid says she wants to give this place a 5 star review because the food is amazing and fresh and the workers are so nice. Everything is fresh and the meat is sliced in front of you.
My husband is a vegetarian, and unlike every other place in town when it came time to start preparing his sandwich the guy who was cutting the meats and cheeses gave the slicer a *through* cleaning so my husband wouldn't get any meat or residue on his sandwich. We both really appreciate them going way above every place we have ever been. We will be back, and I'm telling all of my local vegetarian friends - there's a lot of them around here.

Definitely need to train the employees for when guests have special orders. However, I ordered online tonight and it was perfect. Been going to midlothian store for years and I'm so excited to get my fix closer.
