Everyone is always so nice and polite. It lifted my spirit for an already bad day.
Chicken not cooked properly, breading comes off easy and uncooked chicken. Fries are either soggy or brick hard.
There was a manager with blonde hair in a ponytail red shirt glasses who took our order completely rudely and was annoyed the whole time we asked for a Coke she gave us a Root beer then we get to a the window the guy there at the window was super nice and asked her to give us a Coke she made it a whole problem said we did not say Coke and we were the problem honestly I love Chick-fil-A in cleburne but maybe get better management that’s not going to get rude with customers...read full review
