Owner Todd is a great guy! Smoked old fashion was so good. Holding 2 bottles signed by him in 2020 one not opened. When I visit Texas again this will be a destination stop for sure!
The pizza is absolutely amazing, superb drinks and great service. All around great experience. Highly recommend.

Texas Wild Distilling is a solid spot with a great local feel. The drinks are smooth and well made, and the place has a cool, laid-back vibe. The distillery makes great whiskey, and the smoked old fashion was so good. There is a maple whiskey that is surprisingly good and not syrup sweet. The pizza is pretty darn good and delicious, with many saying it is the best pizza in Cleburne and the best pizza they have ever had. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knows their stuff. The waitress runs the whole show. The space is perfect for hosting events, like a rehearsal dinner. However, there is little structure; customers do not know if items on the menu will be available, except the whiskey. The last two visits had no beer at all. Some wish the food options or seating were a bit better. The whiskey bottles are sold on site so you can take them home. For anyone looking for a great place to host an event in Cleburne or just needing a place for something good to eat or drink, this is the place to be.
