we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
After not being able to order over the phone and having to go and order at the store. The dough in the middle of the Pizza was raw. I would like contacted not by a manager who apparently does not care as to how the store is ran but I would like contacted by a franchise owner. My contact info 8176831547. Little Caesars Pizza provides varying experiences for its customers. The pizza and food is really good and a good value for the money. The staff is very nice and accommodating, with the owner being one of the nicest people ever seen. They are amazing at having everything ready to go, even during the rush-hour. However, some customers have reported that the restaurant does not honor the deals posted on delivery apps.
