I recently had the pleasure of trying a strawberry cake from Mom’s Kitchen here in Cleburne while coordinating a wedding at Union House, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about it. The flavor balance was absolutely perfect. It was sweet without being overpowering, fresh and light, and the texture was incredibly soft and high quality.
