Rolando’s has flavorful food and beautiful presentation. The patio is nice and unique (and hidden, we didn’t know about it for a loooong time). Even as locals, Rolando’s is on our favorites list.

We also love that the Chef’s are so friendly, greeting from the line when guests arrive and thanking them when they leave. Their passion shines through their tasty creations.
We made a random trip out to Texas Tailgate from Deer Park to see the new venue and try the new menu items! If you have not come out here you are missing out! We got the Quesadilla and the Good Burger. Excellent flavor and the perfect amount of heat! If you want some extra fun come by after a Dynamo game.
