The gentleman working the drive-through window was overwhelmed. We asked for lots of sauces because we ordered a lot of food. When we got the order handed to us, there were no sauce packets. When we asked for sauce, he said they were in the bag. We told him no,they weren't. Then he said, check the box.There is no sauce there either. He got a little rude and rolled his eyes at us, mouthed something under his breath, and handed us a handful of sauce packets. I guess they are...
While we usually go through the drive through, the food is good and I can't think of any issues we have with them getting the order correct (and I know I can't say the same for other restaurants), so that is a good thing. The staff is usually pretty friendly. I will say that our most recent trip there was a broken glass bottle in the line that I think we avoided, but that was a fluke. They normally are pretty clean. I think they do better than most fast food restaurants.
