I pulled into the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. When the car in front of me was done ordering and pulled up, I was asked if I was ready to order. I told the lady “just a minute please”. I then stated I was ready to order and no response. I waited and continued to say hello trying to place my order with no response. Very slow service, you’d think for as slow as it takes a fast food establishment that you would leave with your entire order but they can’t even get that right.
Stop there 2 to three times a week ever since the re-open they have yet to get my food correct. I called today to talk to the manager and ask what the problems seem to be and was told I heard you order I didn’t hear you say that. OK I guess I’m done talking to you I know that I said it because I say it every single time I order and this particular Jack in the box absolutely will not do it.
