You forgot to put items in my order. I get it things happen. I walked inside to get my items replaced, I didn’t get a hi how are you doing.. the cashier at the register didn’t say ANYTHING. Just looked at me. He handed my receipt to I guess the manager she didn’t apologize ask questions.. NOTHING! nobody said anything. Did y’all hire a bunch of mutes?
Wife ordered 60 dollars worth of food and the 12 tacos were suppose to have sour cream added. I spoke with the manager and he viewed the receipt and said he was sorry they didn't have sour cream on them. He offered me to come get sides of sour cream but I told him we live 32 minutes from him. He said sorry again but he couldn't do anything else. We had to thow away all 12 tacos since they had no sour cream. I will be contacting corporate to get in touch with owner tomorrow.
