I don't usually give written reviews but after seeing all the negative reviews I felt compelled to write a review.We live out of state and my wife has a doctor that requires a visit every 2 months. We have dined at this Pizza Hut 3 times in the past six months. I need to add here that we are a senior couple so we have eaten out many times at many places and our experience at this particular Hut had been very satisfactory. This place is a mixed bag. They almost always mess up my order, but then they fix the issue without any hassle. Just need to wait another 12-15 minutes for the correct pizza to come out. They always allow me to munch on the screwed up pizza while I am waiting, so I can't really complain.

I came on here last week to complain about the dry crust on my pan pizza. Pizza Hut reached out and apologized for my experience and gave me a free coupon for a large any topping pizza. I used the coupon code yesterday for a stuffed crust pepperoni lovers with sausage. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Thanks Pizza Hut for making it up to us. Much appreciated!!
