I accidentally placed an order to the Popeyes near my work, which is thirty minutes away from me. It normally automatically changes based on my location in app, so I called to cancel. They asked for my name three times and I gave it, then they hung up. I called again after no “refunded” email came in and I’ve been told to “cancel” the order with no way to cancel manually. No phone number for support was given when I asked and the “chat with support” has given me no options as well. I’ve never had this happen before with any Popeyes, they have always been able to cancel before. Then I was told that “once it is placed you can’t cancel.” And hung up on again. That makes no sense. People are prone to mistakes, so in putting the wrong location you just have to suck it up and pay double? Absolutely not.

Ilove this place. Everybody is always very polite. Claudia is always very professional. When she is around my order comes out in a blink, fresh and with a big smile. I don't feel as welcome in any other location. Highly recomended.
