My husband and I ate here today for the first time. We had a 2 meat plate and gumbo. Gumbo had a ton of shrimp. The brisket and turkey were amazing! Only to be surpassed by the Chocolate Cream Pie!
Brisket just melts in your mouth and the gumbo is amazing. Never disappointed. Everyone go get you some.❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏👏

The food is worth the drive, and many have raved about the quality, including brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and chicken. Rock'n R BBQ is always clean and offers a great dining experience. The sliced beef sandwich is the epitome of Texas pit BBQ, with a good size bun loaded with meat. The buns used for the sandwich are incredible. The chef was very nice and provided great service.
