I have visit this Shipleys since they open but from last year the service is very rude bad service bad attitude, when I ask for hot glazed the lady's say not hot glazed I remember one girl work there but I don't see more , I don't know her name but she always use color shirt and curly hair she is so nice and her work is perfect she always smiling give good service to everyone cuz I visit Shipleys everyday but now is bad bad service I don't know if the owner if they like...read full review
So Tommy just brought home shipley's from Cleveland and there was hair on the kolachi and hair in the Box so I called up there and ask to speak with the manager and they said the manager wasn't there and that they didn't have the manager's number I told them you work there but don't have your managers number!? �� so disgusted an pissed off!!
