My how this place has gone down. I only ordered drinks through the app and they were very fast and friendly bringing it out. Seems like most of the stall are completely broken or missing one side or speaker not working etc and the outside of the place is a wreck. Tress knocked down and for storms weeks ago and still not cleaned. Not a positive appearance for someone driving by to want to go here. There is a sonic right by me but I go to this 15 min away because it used to be better...
Went through there today to get my Mother in law and Niece and had the best customer service ever. Evalan was super greeting looked like she actually was happy and wanted to help. Whenever I go back to Cleveland I will go back to sonic simply for the service. Appreciate ya.
I went thru the drive thru, it was fast, service was friendly. The burger was prepared almost as ordered, but I ordered light mayo and they went heavy on the mayo. I asked for light mustard and I could not see or taste any mustard. The Oinon rings were cooked good, not over cooked. The price for a burger with jalapeños, no super-sized onion ring, large drink was $11.53, to me that's high priced. The burger was small, in my opinion.
