I went in a while ago and my whole order got messed up. I don't know if she's a manager or what, but the young girl with glasses and gray shirt is amazing! Customer service was top tier on Tuesday, and she really was sweet. Made my day! The food was fresh as she promised, and refunded me what I needed. So understanding, fast, and sweet. Whataburger get more like her!!!!
I don’t know who hired these goons botched up a simple order every time we come here it’s crap. We come here once in a while and it gets worse and worse. Tonight the meth monkeys taking the order was smoking outside I guess in break and taking orders still took over 20 mins to get our food and not even close to being correct. Everyone was moving slow on their phones and looked high
