We have been to Banderas restaurant a couple of times and what can I say, no disappointments. Food is very tasty and plentiful. Service is great and prices are very accessible. This place is a good food no nonsense kinda place. Little hole in the wall ,been there forever. I have tried the menudo, breakfast plate with arriero, breakfast plate with asado and have Never complained. I definitely want to continue going to try their tacos, gorditas and other guisados. If you do not mind a little drive to San Elizario (enjoy the scenery), go to Banderas and judge for yourself, I think you will agree with me. Happy outings.

Now this restaurant..my father introduced me when I moved back in 2008..we would go just for the burritos but they also have a menu..I strongly recommend the red cheese enchiladas.

Bomb food, fast and friendly service. Best breakfast we had during our El Paso stay. I had huevos with Chile rojo and my husband had huevos rancheros. The agua fresca de pepino con limón was so good. Highly recommend this stop for yummy food!
All their menu items are good, I hardly eat at the dinning room but this last visit my family and I did. Everything we ordered was delicious, one of my favorite things to eat especially when you are not really hungry is their quesadillas, those I recommend if you ever stop by for a visit.

Excellent as always. Why buy a terrible combo from a fast food chain when you can get quick bites or plates from an excellent Mom 'n' Pop joint like this. Whether you buy a $1.50 burrito or a full plate, you'll be content. More than that actually, seeing as the portions are large.
