I sat in the drive thru today for 26 minutes and used up my lunch break. I paid and waited and waited and waited I had to go back to work and didn't have time left to go get a refund, there was only 1 vehicle in front of me when I pulled up and not many cars in the lot.

Dairy Queen offers excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. The workers are great, very cool, and kind souls. Orders are fulfilled quickly, with no long waits. The food, including burgers and fries, tastes great and is served hot and is always done on time. The restaurant is known for its fast service, and even the manager pitches in to ensure everything runs smoothly. Plus, there's always ice cream available, including a free 'Dilly Bar'! It could use a few modern updates.
