I noticed a 4.9 Star rating on Google and wife loves shrimp. Food truck always a caution but food in area is weak. Cajun shrimp, catfish, shrimp & crab gumbo, boudin balls and sauces were incredible! When you think best shrimp and catfish ever....run here!!! ALL old family recipes prepared by husband & wife team. Very sweet folks. Fabulous and surprising treat!!

I grabbed an order of the boudin balls today and they were delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try more things on the menu
