Perla’s Taqueria was absolutely incredible. The service was amazing from start to finish — the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had.
They bring out additional sauces for you to use, but honestly, the seasoning on the grilled onions and meat was so on point that the extra sauces weren’t even necessary. Everything had such rich, satisfying flavor on its own.
This was my first time visiting Perla’s, and I can confidently say I’ll be back the next time I’m in Cold Springs. Highly recommended!

Way over priced for no effort below average food with no flavor or spice. Some of the worst Mexican food we've ever had, the corn tortilla's didn't even taste like they were warmed up. I couldn't even finish my tacos. The cilantro and onion must have been cut a week prior, there wasn't even and taste with the toppings let alone the meat. We were hoping it was going to be better than the Italian joint that was there previously, not a chance, it's even worse. I don't like to give low reviews, but this is was just bad. We didn't get chips and salsa, we didn't know it was an option until other tables received them as soon as they sat down. No checking on how were were doing.
