If I could give a 0 star I would do no order delievery from here it never comes they always cancel they will say its a doordash or uber problem but it says store cancels not door dash.

We went in at 830 pm tonight, service was horrible. I asked for the hero , she wanted to toast before the meat . When we first walked in , she said what do you want ?then I asked her for her name ,she replied it's on my hat, can't you read. I couldn't see it because it was on the side. Very rude both girls. We will never go back. I will call home office tomorrow

I went to this location on my way home yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. I placed my order online so to be honest I did not expect much. Usually I have to go in to the location and tell them exactly how I want my sub made. Not this time. The two that were working were Sarah and Marlen and they were fantastic. Very friendly. Marlen made my food, and much to my surprise, she actually made it perfectly. Bread was exceptionally fresh as well. I plan to try this location again soon, and if it remains satisfactory, I will drive the extra 15 miles or so to get my subs here instead of the locations where I live. Keep up the great work.

I have lived and worked here in Coldspring for a year now and have always loved Subway but seriously, the manager here is so rude. Also he shouldn't talk trash about customers in Spanish because he isn't the only one that understands what he is saying! A change in Management is definitely needed!

Used to be more descent, now they don't have a variety of chips, they don't have small size fountain drink, so literally they forced you to buy a larger one, the subway definitely is not 6", and pretty much is going down.To bad because is the only subway around.Why not improve it?

Got here at 10:35, door was unlocked, open sign was fully lit up and lady was at the counter and hours online and on the door says they close at 11. We walked in and she told us “I’ve just been too busy so I’m closing” very unprofessional. If you’re closed, door should be locked and sign should be off! If your sign says closes at 11pm, then don’t close till 11pm

Our catering order of 2 platters of sandwiches was amazing. Sandwiches were delicious; the salad greens on the sides were beautiful. Our visiting relatives were so impressed. Be assured I will be placing this order again. Thank you, Jose & staff.
