i love this place i think the food is great i love the salsa here yummy and not to hot for me fair pricing nice homey atmosphere finding out their hours before going probably helpful at time so not disappointed when not open the staff is nice but seems at times they are low on staff the wait time for food can be a while i totally think worth the wait. A wait because good food and all else at times others like it also as much. Thanks my favorite Mexican Restaurant in these areas....read full review
My favorite Mexican restaurant in these small local towns. Really nice portions with fair prices. GREAT tasting food i like to cook so i appreciate like homemade foods. Salsa is a food staple to me and Hildalgo's Cafe has delicious salsa it is not to hot for me so i can eat a lot of it. I love the food here and crave it. our fajitas was cold, when waitress was told she said the plate is hot, told her again the food is cold. she got an attitude about it. Gave it to the manager in a few minutes she brought it back the food was still cold. called told the owner they didn't want to do anything about it.
