Hugo is hands-down one of the best bartenders around. Every Thursday, I look forward to stopping by 1791 Whiskey Bar just to catch up with him. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks, but he’s also warm, personable, and makes you feel like a friend the moment you sit down. His attention to detail and genuine conversation make the whole experience stand out. If you’re here on a Thursday, make sure you say hi to Hugo, you won’t be disappointed.
Hugo and Jada are easily the best bartenders in town. Whether they’re putting you on new cocktails or new allocated liquors, they always have such a great attitude and passion for great service. 12/10 if not higher
Passion Star Martini & an Old Fashioned to end our dinner date. Super cute area. Valet was under $6.
Was super quiet and dark inside the bar itself so we enjoyed our drinks outside by the pool.
My hubs loves an old fashioned and I love a frothy martini - drinks were good.
