Everything was on point once again. Johnny and his staff take care of you from the moment you walk in. Food is some of the best you'll ever eat.

Great food. We had a larger party in the back room. Very attentive staff and had a chef special of beef ravioli which was fantastic. Side dose of parm kicked it up a big notch. The only major let down was the cheap white light that significantly detracted and was in contrast to the main dining room. Brought down our special day a bit, but would still go again.

This place catered an event, a major fund raiser, we attended last night. Tickets were purchased and the headcount was known for how many were coming and how much food was needed. They ran out after serving only 2/3 of those in attendance. The excuse was they “forgot some of the food at the restaurant” and had to go get it; they had off loaded everything around 4pm and this was around 7:30. About an hour later they came back with the rest of the food. They served each person a piece of chicken around an inch and a half in circumference and wafer thin. The server told me this is all they had because there’s only so much food left. The other guy slipped and said they just cooked all of this (so they hadn’t left the rest-they didn’t cook enough period despite an order). Then the food itself was horrible. Absolutely no taste not even that of salt and pepper. It was supposed to be Italian, but they served damp, undercooked and tasteless noodles with no type of sauce simply some shredded cheese, and the “chicken” had no flavor. The cappers in it were over cooked, mushy and had no taste as well. Low end garbage. School lunches had more taste and gave you more food. Don’t bother having them cater anything and I’ll never go to this place. An Italian restaurant that can’t even make noodles and serves tasteless chicken? A joke.

AMAZING!! We had such a wonderful experience! I researched the menu before going... there are so many new places to eat in College Station since I graduated. We went knowing what we our order would be... until we were presented the specials! Crab cakes were perfect and oh so creamy. The lobster carbonara was Smokey and hearty. The cheese ravioli was classic. The special of a filet Oscar was laid over mashed potatoes with a truffle cream sauce was the best. It is so popular it will be on the full menu soon. And my personal favorite were the scallops also on special. I am a sucker for some scallops. They were exceptional with a slight crust and seasoned so well. They were served over a bed of creamy risotto. This is our new favorite restaurant and we will be back every trip to town! Bravo to the chef and team! Speaking of team, the reviews I read spoke of the wonderful and the less than great service. I have to say, that has changed and the service was great!

Service was excellent. Food mediocre at best. I understand that the rest was busy as most restaurants in College Station but I would think the most profit comes from the bar and it takes way to long to get a drink which in turn cost the business money and does not satisfy the customer as both are missing out on drinks and not complicated mixed cocktails a simple beer.

This place has the best bruschetta I've ever had in my life, and that's just the beginning. Every time I come, the waitstaff is absolutely phenomenal. They know their stuff and offer helpful suggestions. They're always positive and keep my glass full. I enjoy chatting with each and every one who has waited on me.Every appetizer I have tried is amazing: shrimp scampi, calamari, bruschetta. Even their bread dipped in olive oil and vinegar is absolutely incredible. It's light, soft, airy, and when it's warm out of the oven, it's absolutely divine.I've tried a few different selections as an entrée, and each and every one has been fantastic. I usually get the fish special or the cioppino. Their scallops are always absolutely perfect. And the desserts... Don't get me started. I'm not usually a fan of carrot cake, but oh baby, this stuff is gooood. They whip their frosting, so it's lighter instead of dense and heavy. I'm a ride and die chocoholic though, so I almost always get the chocolate cake. It's hands down the best I've found in town. 10/10 will get again.1860 Italia has definitely impressed me and has become one of my favorite spots in town.Vegetarian options: Talk to the wait staff! They're very accommodating if you ask!

Food was fine. Service was not good, kale Caesar salad had no kale, the pesto chicken was mostly broccoli. The Marsala wasn't great. Ambience was nice but was looking for a nice experience for my son's birthday, this wasn't up to the other reviews.

Fantastic food with good-sized portions. Great variety of items on the menu. Recommend the house-made bread for starters and the cheesecake for dessert. Servers are friendly and helpful. Dining room has low light and font size is small on menu, so be prepared when ordering. Not inexpensive, but the entree choices are not typical fare found elsewhere. Good place for special occasions.

I love Italian food and have worked Italian restaurants in Dallas for ten years. The food here is perfectly executed classic Italian dishes using high quality ingredients and incredibly fresh. There is so much love that goes into the food here and you can tell. One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Great for any occasion.

This was the best Italian food we got in a while. Our server Tyler was very attentive he recommended us the Chianti. We order the Santa Cristina Chianti very soft and nice wine. As appetizer we order the tomatoes and mozzarella with arugula. The fry calamari they both very delicious and the portions were great. Main entrees were the lobster carbonara, shrimp scampi and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.overall the food was super amazing. Hope the restaurant could offer the shrimp scampi appetizer as an entree with pasta, because it comes with bread. Our waiter offer us a side of pasta but my husband decide to eat it with bread and he said it was really delicious. For desserts we order the tiramisu the best I had and the blueberry with mascarpone cheesecake. We couldn’t get to try the cannoli since they run out. We will definitely come back to eat here the food was not only delicious but the service provided by Tyler was incredible. He never rushed us since our reservation was at 945pm ;on the contrary ,he gave us time to eat our appetizers and then order our food. Our compliments to the Chevy for the amazing food and the owner for the great restaurant.Vegetarian options: Gnocchi vodka sauce

Food was absolutely fantastic! We had the Valentines Day special and it was amazing! We will definitely be back. I do think there needs to be an "M" sign straight on as you are approaching the Men's bathroom bc where the sign is located, you don't quite see it. With there being no doors, and both essentially being in the same open room, it was confusing. ??‍♀️

Ordered a dry-aged specialty and requested it medium rare, erring on the side of rare. The waitress jokingly assured me the chef knew how to cook a steak. It was really, really dark in there for dinner and I immediately knew it was medium to medium well. The manager came over and I had to use my phone flashlight to show it. It's understandable given the steak was somewhere between 1/4" to 1/2", thinner than any dry-aged steak should be cut. I was offered a replacement but wanted something premade to come out quicker as my wife had her food and ordered the lasagna. On the bill, we were charged the full price for the steak, about $80, over twice the lasagna, and told they charge the full price since they offered to replace it. Had they told me they would have charged me no matter what I would have waited for the steak again. Another time I ordered an old fashion and our waiter shook it and poured it over Sonic ice. It was milky. I asked for a replacement and was told this is how they make their old fashions without offering to replace it. Lots of potential but they've forgotten that the customer is always right (especially when they're actually right).
