Great custard and friendly staff.
Normally good, but don’t try to get a treat if it’s too close to closing! A girl with green hair will shake the “we’re closed “ sign while performing the universal neck-cutting hand gesture.

Towed our car after 5 minutes with 20+ other empty spots in their lot. $322 bill. Emailed the manager, Natalie, and asked if she could do anything for us. Said she would talk to tow truck company and then hasn’t responded to our follow up. You’re never getting my business again, Andy's!

Do not come herein the evening, the staff are consistently not interested in doing their job properly during peak hours. If they mess up your order, they'll have a hissy fit behind the glass doors and mess the order up in a different way the second time they make it as well. I don't even understand why the guy threw away the first custard he made, he just had to mix it properly and give it back as it was instead of embracing his naive hormonal response.
Staff was super amicable and pleasant! Atmosphere was very vibrant. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. I ordered the Snow Monster, and if you like strawberry and chocolate, it’s a no-brainer — absolutely solid. Product quality was top-tier and consistent.
Their app is actually worth downloading: points on every purchase, a free treat after your first visit, $5 rewards, double points on seasonal items, a birthday reward, referral bonuses, and early access to new treats. From a business standpoint, it’s a smart loyalty program that rewards repeat customers. Well-run operation and definitely a place I’ll continue to support.
