Shame on the man who made a scene and was just angry as soon as he came in
We went to try this place for the first time for my husband’s birthday dinner. We arrived and requested to sit at the hibachi tables. It was not busy at all this evening. The server took all our orders and brought out our appetizers very timely. The appetizers were not great. The calamari was soggy and the crab puffs were lack luster. Crappy service. Another group sat 20 min after us and that group received their order and hibachi before us. After we all had paid they held my card for another 30 min. I requested to speak to a manager after asking several times where was my card. As soon as manager comes out she gives me an excuse. Poor service, poor management. Given this place several chances and I am done. Management did nothing. We were a huge party and everyone got their receipts and left
