This place seems to be good at hiring rude employees.

Extremely bad customer service. Talks with attitude, doesn't appear to know their own menu. Laughing and talking with a whole line at the queue. Asked to speak to a manager, told me that the manager was not present. Extremely bad experience I don't recommend this location to anyone!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an online order for Triplet Mango, and although the order was accepted, the delivery person informed me that it was out of stock. They replaced it with a different item without notifying me. To make things worse, the package arrived leaking ice cream all over the outside.

Ordered a pickup order online, received a notification that order was ready for pickup, only to arrive to a very rude employee saying “they see the order but don’t have the stuff to make it”….. why accept the order then? Terrible will not be back, and in bcs they will be gone soon operating like this.

I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but we had a great experience.. Even close to closing the serving sizes were large, they had all the flavors, and the two flavors we had were phenomenal.

Asked at the counter what the price of a double scoop was. Ol girl behind the counter said, "I don't know off the top of my head". Then she pointed at the menu. I declined to make a purchase.

They are not storing the ice cream at correct temperatures. On multiple occasions I've gone and the ice cream borders on soft serve which totally changes the flavor. I think they do this for ease of scooping. The staff here also needs serious work and lessons in projecting to customers. Whenever you go they make it seem like they are really going out of their way and are being inconvenienced to get you your paid ice cream. Look at past reviews. Littered with complaints on flavors being out and rude staff. Going back 2 years all the reviews are the same complaints. Ownership better read these reviews and start taking things more seriously. That location isn't gonna last doing business this way with consistently bad reviews.

This place is a joke! Baskin Robbins is supposed to be home of the 31 flavors. I mean 31 is actually in their logo. This location is far from what I'm used to at baskin robbins..

This location is often out of flavors but that wasn't my main issue today. Today I pulled up to the drive through, heard "Just a second" from the person on the other side. Nobody came back on for over 5 mins and then I finally said "Excuse me...anyone there?" they responded back with a "yes, whats your order?". No "sorry for the delay" nothing . I put the order in, pulled up to the window and no "hello" or "Hey" or anything but she gives me my total with no other greeting, I hand her the card, she hands me my ice cream, I say "thank you" and then she simply closes the window with no response. I know service is getting bad in a lot of places but man there is really no excuse for this kinda terrible service.

I ordered an ice cream cake and it was not ready on the scheduled pick up date. I called to cancel the order and Shelby was extremely polite and professional. She was able to accommodate my request and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Shelby!!!
