Almost always out of world class chocolate, cookies and cream & chocolate chip. Haven’t had double scoop cups with lids for 3 weeks. Always hear “we are just about to turn in an order.” I am going to quit wasting my time going there. Lots of other places. I predict they will be out of business in less than a year and they will not understand why. Read the reviews on this site. The answer is there

Unfortunately, yet another disappointing attempt to enjoy BR. They are frequently out of standard flavors and do not carry seasonal favorites. Today, we were told their “ice cream machine” has been out for two days, so they have no ice cream at all. Sure wish things would improve — I’d be their best customer!

Was happy to find a Baskin Robbins! Place is clean and the people are very friendly. Even on a holiday weekend (a welcome relief from the day so far). Wholeheartedly recommend!!!

I wish I could give this place more stars but after visiting several times since opening I just feel like the employees have no clue what they are doing. I must always request lids and spoons for every togo order. Rarely do they have hot fudge available.

I was accustomed to Baskin Robbins in other locations providing generous scoops commensurate with the cost. I was so excited to have one in college station! My first visit was so disappointing. They were out several favorite flavors as other reviewers have said. In addition the portions were so small it is honestly better to buy Baskin-Robbins from the freezer section at HEB next door. I will never buy ice cream here again.
