So disappointed in this location. I’ve been to so many locations in Dallas and they were all consistent for years, this location was the odd one out. Fries were like from a grocery frozen bag, weren’t like any other location’s cut or at least seasoned. Mediocre service. Worst food by location. So disappointed because I genuinely loved bbq chicken and have never had something bad to say until now.

It was ok. The food was good but the prices are way too high. It would be nice if they had a "sampler wing" menu item to try multiple sauces. I also don't think you have the option to get even a half and half of two different flavors of your own choosing.

Except for overpriced chicken and small portion, all good.

My husband was down here for a conference and we came to check this out for lunch one day. Let me tell ya! It was so different and delicious! The fried chicken is so light and non greasy! Very satisfied and the young man who served us was very polite and friendly! Please go visit! It’s a muuuust!

Very good food, though the calorie information needs to be updated. The 9 piece meals should not have the calorie details of the 16-piece meals, and the 18-piece meals should not have the calorie details of the 24-piece meals. For people like myself, who are counting calories, having misleading information like that can drastically change what we choose to eat in a day. It's also misleading about the amount of food you're getting.

I've eaten here a few times, and the calorie amounts listed never seemed to match up with the amount of satiety I felt, so I looked up the company's official calorie information. I hope it's helpful to others. I do understand that this location sells 9 pieces and 18 pieces instead of 8 and 16, so these numbers aren't exactly accurate either, but it should be fairly simple to adjust for that.

I do really enjoy the food! Just want to make sure people can make more informed decisions about their health and intake.

Wonderful food and great service! The chicken had the perfect amount of crispy batter drenched in their signature sauces! Great and clean atmosphere with very modern Korean restaurant vibes (kpop playing?!!). Within easy walking distance from A&M and a great place to stop by for lunch.

I was there with a party of 8 at exactly 9:25 pm today (April 3, 2024) and they told us the kitchen was already closed. I am wondering why the heck there’s a sign with the business hours in the front door if they will deny service 35 minutes before closing time. Lousy lousy service! What a shame
