used to come here once a week and always recommended it to friends. Unfortunately, my last visit (about five months ago) was a real letdown. The dining area wasn’t as clean as it used to be, and the floors and tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. The temperature of the food was also inconsistent some rolls were cold, while others seemed room-temperature.

I don’t expect perfection, but the place just didn’t feel well-kept anymore, which is disappointing considering how great it used to be. I really hope management brings things back to their old standards because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

I had the Shaggy Dog roll and a raspberry iced tea… both were delicious! Beware… the spicy mayo IS spicy, but also delicious… 🙂

Good service and food

It's been a couple of years since we've been here. Floors and counters need cleaning. Menus were sticky. The food was really bland. So disappointed, because it was a really great place. Not anymore.

Endless spam on a daily basis

I don’t eat seafood, but I tried the beef yakitori and beef fried rice – both were amazing! The beef was tender and the fried rice was one of the best I’ve had. I went back again and tried the veggie rolls and chicken fried rice, and the veggie rolls were the best ever. Everything was fresh and delicious

Went here for lunch on 9/5/2025. Got there about 12:30 p.m. Be aware they are open from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. then reopen at 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Closed on Mondays. Always check hours for updates. They had great reviews so we decided to check it out. Ordered the Whoop Roll $17 & it was delicious! Husband ordered the Chicken Katsu with veggie fried rice $16. I ordered the Shaken Choice Beef with steamed rice $19. Both were cooked perfectly 👌! Chicken katsu was super crispy & not greasy at all. Veggie fried rice was great. My shaken beef was the best steak I have had in a long time! So soft & tender. We couldn't have been happier. Very satisfying to have food done right. Chopsticks are at the table I didn't see actual silverware or plastic. I had some in my purse 😁. She was busy & I had some. They have coca cola which is a plus since I hate pepsi. It is fountain. I would prefer can or bottle but that is just me. Our waitress was Claudia & was very attentive. Even when a bunch of people came in after us. She was the only waitress. Our total bill was $56.29. Of course we tipped very well over that. We don't live in this area. Only come in when we are going shopping at Costco. We will be back anytime we are in town!

We had a fantastic time at Blue Fin with our family! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and you could tell the chefs really know their craft each roll was perfectly made. Nathan, our server, was wonderfully friendly, attentive, and made the experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back for more of that amazing sushi!

This location is fantastic from the moment you enter. You are welcome with the biggest smiles. The staff is amazing, especially Makenna, and listened to your needs. The food is delicious and the service is very attentive. We had a great time and left so full. Overall, it was a great experience and will recommend to family and friends.

Fresh fish. Enjoyed their chirashi bowl and 10 piece sushi combo. They have good rolls as well. Had eternal sunshine with hamachi and eel outside and minced spicy tuna and avocado and salmon inside. Their ocean breeze (?) roll with hamachi inside and no rice is very good.

New Owners. The place looks really good, very welcoming. Great atmosphere. I travel for work, this place is comparable to Dallas/ Houston/ Austin. Choices you won’t find at other Sushi places in town. The service was very welcoming, every staff member was kind . I can’t say enough about this place. It’s small, but still quiet and cozy. My entire party was very happy.

The BEST Sushi in BCS. The service was top notch. The fish selection was on another level. I had multiple pieces of shasimi and the roll on special, it was all Amazing. My mother had the Shrimp Udon and she said the shrimp tasted like fresh catch. I’ll never eat sushi anywhere else.

The Food Here is AMAZING. New owner has done an amazing Job with the menu. I feel like I’m in an Austin Restaurant. The quality and flavor profile is UNMATCHED in BCS
