Blu Fin Sushi is an absolute gem deserving of a solid 5-star rating! I recently ordered takeout from this delightful spot, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The Howdy Roll and Poke bowl were nothing short of spectacular—each bite bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that left me craving more. Despite ordering to go, the service was exceptional, with my order ready promptly and the staff friendly and accommodating. Found this little gem on a work trip and I'm so glad I did. The ambiance is wonderful and clean, they have a very long bar with lots of seats and a couple TVs which was perfect for viewing March madness games. I ordered the appetizer dragon balls, the appetizer jalapeño stuffed peppers(my fave- not spicy with a nice crunch!), and the a popular sushi roll that started with the letter M that I can't remember the name of lol. Everything was great, fresh, and displayed on the plate beautifully with lights or flowers. Such a nice touch! The service was wonderful and the waitress/bartender was very nice, attentive and provided me some great recommendations. I'll definitely be back when I return for work in a few months and I recommend others to try this spot out!

Have not tried this place yet. Was supposed to go for lunch yesterday? Didn't work out. Our daughter would eat there everyday! She swears it's the best ever! So it's definitely on my radar to check out!

My wife and I have been going to Blue fin for the past couple years and it has always been our go to sushi spot. Recently we went though and it seems like new management has take over. The place used to have full of energy but now the majority of people who used to work there are gone and the place seems less energetic then they used to be. The drinks were okay and so was the food this time around. Said to see one of our favorite places change but hopefully it will get better.
The best place to drink and get food!! Julio is a fantastic bartender. I went the first time because my friend recommended this restaurant, and I don't regret it. It is a cozy restaurant where you can come with your friends or family, and the drinks are incredible.

We always get the food togo. The service is fast and friendly but we are not dinning inside as it is a little too cozy for my husband.
Fantastic fresh sushi! Very helpful staff who recommended the Elephan Walk, which was divine. The Jalapeños & Yellow Tail appetiser was also awesome.
