I love their food. So much that I frequently place orders and drive from Dallas, Tx just for chocolate croissants. When I place pick up orders to get later in the day they tell me they have nothing to give me that they sold my order.

Every time I visit my boyfriend we make it a point to visit blue baker at least once when i am here. This specific location is our favorite and it is an amazing experience every time. When I come I always get an ice latte with Carmel and vanilla. However, this time Francine was the one who made my coffee! She did it with so much love. When I was waiting she kept asking me if there was any other additions that I would like to add to it and I told her to make it the best way she can! And she did! It was one of the best coffee’s I’ve had here and her creativity and excellent customer service. She leveled up this experience for me and I appreciate it!

I came in to pick up some breakfast. Pretty much grab and go! I got a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. I was surprised with how big it was! Perfect to keep me full until lunch! I also got an iced caramel coffee, I liked how they did not fill the entire cup with ice! I'll have to come back to try their pizza, desserts, and soup. I've heard their cookies are delicious!
9AM on weekday and they had 3 bagels and no customers so did they not make enough? Can’t rate what you can’t eat. Such a major disappointment. $12 for 3 coffees not cost effective.

I went to Blue Baker for the first time when it opened in 2001; I haven't been back in 20 years. It was great in 2001 and great today! I expected the flavors to change a bit but they didn't. Same high quality ingredients and same high quality flavor! SOOOOO GOOD!
Great local restaurant and bakery. We visited the area for an appointment and stopped by for lunch...delicious! Lot of choices. The staff was very helpful in narrowing down what was best. We would definitely come back. Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Casual, not expensive, and with a wood burning oven for pizza...how perfect!

The Street Taco Pizza was SOOOO GOOOD! I got the 14inch and could have easily finished it all, but the idea of having leftovers later convinced me to save it. It was very flavorful, though, and I will definitely order it again!

This location is the worst of all the BB locations. The tables are always dirty, staff stands around laughing, on their phones or just generally lazy behavior. Don't try to order after 8:30p. Even though they don't close until 9p, they clean up and dump out stuff, refusing to serve or fill orders. The food is mediocre compared to the other locations. Hot or toasted sandwiches often get made without toasting. Often they seem microwaved instead. Order mayo or mustard light or it will be dripping out, making your sandwich hard to eat. Recently, I took it a coupon from Christmas in July, and they said I had to bring it back. Seems management is the issue in this store.
