The experience was terrible. I was trying to get a cup of hot coffee, but the coffee came out cold and old. I waited for a long time with very low quality coffee, and they don’t even have milk option to go with the coffee, and the staff was not nice either

Stopped by the granite yard in Bryan with a client to pick out granite and he wanted to come to this restaurant. Great sandwich! And we both got a loaf of day old bread and my kids have almost eaten the entire thing after school.

I almost always get the Earl. It’s a very delicious sandwich made with high quality ingredients. I have also tried the pizza. On my next visit, I want to try the bread bowl. They have many great choices.

We ordered lunch to go. For vegetarians the roasted veggie sandwich is very tasty. The salmon bowl is also tasty but felt a little pricy.

The ambiance reminded me a little of Panera. The booths give good privacy if you need or want it.

Customer service here is phenomenal! After I had already been helped by the assistant manager, while I was waiting, three different employees checked in to make sure I was taken care of and not just standing there. I really appreciate that kind of attentiveness.

Trying to act on savings offer in an email. Presented the promo code at checkout, as the email instructed. Was told the promo code was not valid, based somehow on the credit card presented. I actually prefer face-to-face service, so this was an order in the restaurant. If the offer relied on this being an online order, that was not shown in the email. No complaint here for the server taking my order, I guess, but the process to offer a savings in the email was a failure. Will keep that in mind in the future.

When I call in my order, they always answer as if I was the first or only customer that have called in to make an order. Very friendly, asking the proper questions.
