Personally, I think there are better places for bubble tea in College Station. However, if you're on campus and need a quick treat, BonAppeTea gets the job done. I would go a lot more if some of there milk teas were a dollar or so cheaper.Parking: Small parking lot in front of the shop. I would recommend walking over from campus, or just taking the bus if you're a bit far. Don't risk getting towed if you park near the Taco Bell/McDonalds area.

A little slow but I had an extra long break so didnt kill me to wait may have to call in next time. The banh mi does not hit on a more traditional flavor that I was looking for but it was good. Very filling as the bread was super dense vs the traditional light and crusty baguette. The meat could use a little more color from the grill or a nice high heat sear, gray meat doesnt look very appealing. Boba was fresh.

Had ordered two simple drinks, no specialty boba or anything over the top, just two smoothies and we watched as almost 3 other orders were put before us, even though they had just came in. When we finally asked they finally got to work on the drinks, so they weren't even making them at all. I get when you are in rush hour but it was nearly 8 o clock with little customers, this is just unacceptable.

Just left from there. Girl in the front was super rude. Not sure if they were actually out of everything or the girl could just care less and was saying they were out of everything. Literally tea places all over the place, might want to also have good customer service to be able to compete. There were 10 of us in our group. Absolutely love BonAppetea and Nam Cafe! Staff is always polite at minimum and super friendly at best! Their food and boba has always been delicious and I’ve only had one mistake made and it was a pickup order which can be confusing. Great place to study and grab lunch; their WiFi is generally good and the inside is decorated super cute.

I love Bon!! All of the employees are super kind and friendly and it always lifts up my mood on stressful days in college. I like the music they play too, its usually Taylor Swift or fun songs. The drinks are highly customizable, which is good for those who don't like too much sugar or want non-dairy options.Side note - I've seen people go on dates there and its a good place to go on a first date because you can play board games while talking.

I'm not the person that likes to put reviews on places. But I will have to say customer service is lacking very, very bad here.They had a Hispanic girl. Taking my order. I Ask Her how she was doing she didn't say anything. She was very rude. She Was hunched over the register. Felt like she didn't want to be there . She didn't even welcome me in. And then a was white girl Eating a sandwich right in front of customers behind the register. The white girl handed me my order. I said thank you, and she ignored me. I will say the thai tea was really good but this will probably be the first and last time I ever come to this place customer service was really bad.
