Great food bad costumer service yesterday Dec 6 2025
The guy (host guy) always on the phone and never pay attention we was on waiting list from the app, the waitress she don’t even gave us silverware we have to ask to another waitress, never again
We have been 4 times. The first 2 times were wonderful. Great service, delicious food. The 3rd visit, we were brought dirty appetizer plates. Had horrible service, had to go get the waiter, he walked to the table near us twice and never looked our way. Our kiosk wasn't working and we couldn't pay. Went to the bar to ask for a water refill and the service manager was standing there talking, looked right at me and continued talking. Saturday was our first time at Bubba's. We ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer. There was an option to add chili at an additional cost. We were not asked nor did we want the chili. We did ask for ranch AND blue cheese. The fries came loaded with chili. We couldn't tell which was ranch or blue cheese and the server said he didn't know either. New loaded fries came without chili, had to ask for blue cheese because neither of the others were blue cheese. Ordered mild wings but...read full review
