Food was good but it took us forever to get it. Used the mobile app to order. After arriving, I talked to 3 different people. The first one told me to pull up that the order was ready. Pulled up to window and the person had no idea what I was talking about.After 10 minutes of them working in our order a third person came to the window and asked what our order was because the person 2 cars behind us had the same order with the same name.It's obvious nobody has a clue what is going on and what orders have been served.Won't go back!!

Usually just get the rodeo burger and sometimes a small shake that’s about the only thing I like here.
The attitude they have just to be at work is sad. My entire order was messed up and there are absolutely no managers ever to assist. This place should be shut down.

I came to this location with my brother in law and the cashier ROXANN and her coworker (I don't remember this other girl's name, since I didn't see it right) were so kind when taking our order. I enjoyed coming to this Burger King. Roxann made me feel myself like at home. THEY OFFERED ME NOT JUST A SERVICE, but A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. These girls make this place shine.
