Obligatory I never write google reviews but the last I swear to god 5 orders have been messed up and at this point I’m going to stop coming here, despite how much I love the food.
A few weeks ago, I asked for 2 large shakes and got handed 2 medium shakes after I had already been charged. When i corrected the girl, she told me “that’s not what you said” and when I corrected her, she said “well I didn’t hear it” and charged my card again for the size increase.
Since then, consistently my orders have been messed up. Usually they just forget when I say no tomatoes. Tonight, they once again “misheard” my order at the drive thru and gave me the entire wrong sandwich. After being at work for hours, then spending 30+ mins to get to Burger Mojo, wait for my good and then drive home, I was livid opening the package to the wrong sandwich when I got home.
Either the drive thru speaker needs to be fixed, or these employees need to start listening better and learn customer service. I’ve worked in management for years, and usually always try to give slack to workers but this has been absurd. Your go-to when a customer correcting their order shouldn’t be gaslighting and charging them for your mistake.

The food is good my fries are usually hot and fresh and the cinnamon rolls are some of my favorite in town especially since they’re open late I love that I can get one late at night. The fries especially hit after a night at northgate. The milkshakes are not impressive but the staff is always friendly and helpful!

My smashburger was pretty good. The menu is full of off the wall burger choices, nothing that I would want to order. To me this place is setup for a very young crowd, that wants these oddball choices. The prices are a bit high.

Cashier was rude, my husband asked for the bar b que sauce and the worker had a attitude. Table was dirty and wasn't cleaned . We were just trying to try a new place to eat but we won't be going back.
We were passing through and hungry so we gave Burger Mojo a shot… the burgers were great - I had a spicy burger that was “off the menu” and it was super tasty!
