Since I do all my cooking, I would have seasoned differently with caramelized onions and other vegetables adding garlic and cilantro. In addition, I only eat organic foods, but their meats are not. I found it too expensive for the portions served.

This was by far the worst brisket I have ever had. The smoke flavor was very bitter, the rub was black, and it was so salty, I couldn't eat it. Money wasted. Will not be back again.

My daughter and I ordered sliced brisket and we ate brisket trimmings. Food was cold. Use to eat here all the time, probably not going back.
Good BBQ at fair prices. For a BBQ joint this has a good atmosphere, lots of trophies on the walls. Just a walkthrough line, order, pick up your food at the register, get a seat and eat.
