Great food and drinks….great

My family and I went in on Sunday to have brunch. The food was really good but our service was not the best. We weren't greeted for a while so I asked another server if she could find out who was supposed to be taking care of us. Chelsey was our server and walked up and automatically had an attitude, no personality, and was kind of rude. Super disappointed visit because I chose public and main out of everywhere to take my visiting family to.

Public on Main was definitely surprising. I had expected typical lackluster bar food but got so much more. They had a huge menu full of all sorts of different options including brunch, lunch, appetizers, a fried chicken section, and a whole array of cinnamon rolls for desert. Not only that but there was a whole arcade room to go play in while you wait for your food, including foosball, basketball, video games and more. We tried the Avocado Grilled Cheese with Tomato Basil Soup and it was so creamy, cheesy and delicious; then we also tried the Chicken and Waffles and the chicken was just amazing so we decided to come back another day to try their chicken tenders for a meal and it was as good as the first time. The different kinds of cinnamon rolls are also fun to choose, and even the original flavor was mouthwatering. Although it's not the cheapest place, it's not overpriced especially for a sit-down restaurant (we spent roughly $16 per person). I highly recommend checking this place out!

The food was tasty, the service was what you'd expect with a staff of college kids. The reason for two stars is this place really needs to be cleaned. It is pretty gross. I would be scared to see the kitchen.

Public & Main is an upscale sports bar in Bryan/College Station. There are arcade games, many ping pong tables (they have fun tournaments here) and plenty of TVs. The food is really good from chicken and pizza to gourmet cinnamon rolls; I was impressed. I ordered the Gourmet Grilled Cheese w/ bacon and Tomato Basil soup, so great! We also got the queso and a couple flatbreads. I’d definitely come back. And our server Jameson was on top of things. Thanks Public & Main!

We have eaten here twice now when in town and have loved both the experience each time. The food is very good! We had a variety of food and loved it all! We had a party of 10 and our server was fantastic! On a Sunday after a game we didn't have to wait for long! I highly recommend this place!

Saturday and Sundays are the best days here! Highly recommend getting a bottle for the juice bar it's such a deal! The food was incredible and the key lime tart was the best i've ever had.

Terrible service... yesterday night was our friend's birthday. We came in to the restaurant, they didn't allow us to share the cake. As well, we gave her an unopened wine bottle as a GIFT, and they said that wine was not allowed from outside, we explained them that, it was a bd present, we didn't intend to open the bottle, but, they didn't allow to keep the gift with us...

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever received in my life. Can't blame this one on Covid, We sat at the bar and at any given time there would be between 2 - 8 servers within arms reach. We had to ask for everything. It's seems to all of them it's a social hour, not work. Worst thing is when one of the managers shift was over he sat on our side of the bar in uniform and proceeded to be waited on hand and foot while we still had to ask for everything. Maybe its company policy but him being served alcohol seemed out of place. If I was the owner, view your cameras and fire 2/3rds of your staff. Oh and the place was filthy too

The only downside is that you have to go up to the bar to order and get drinks. The atmosphere and food were awesome.

Nothing. Terrible experience. Go anywhere else. Manager is the worst.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager is horrible. All they do is deceit and lie and they will never get a penny out of me again.
