Billy the night manager was amazing and made our day! We came in as a big group and they took great care of us! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was just lovely.

This was great. The person behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, and I got a lot of sandwich bang for my buck. Suggestion for improvement: offer plain kettle chips for purchase.

I just don’t understand. The last three times I have ordered from Capriotti’s I’ve asked for crushed red pepper relish. And each time I receive something ridiculous like pickles or BELL PEPPERS. And no relish. I’ve kept ordering hoping they would get it right, and they never do. I’ve spent my last dollar here.

I LOVE BILLY! Give this man a raise. Service is beyond amazing. The night manager Billy makes his own sandwich and it is the only thing I order. Ask for the Billy when you go in. This needs to be a part of the official menu for sure.

Total ripoff! Stay away!
I got the Wagyu French dip. Medium size. Mostly bread. Not even fresh bread. Or good bread. Typical fast food.

WAY overpriced. Girl at the cash register ignored my friendly hello. Just keep her miserable, disinterested gaze downward. Sign of a disgruntled employee....

The alleged wagyu beef was so ground up and covered up by Mayo! (Disgusting!) Worst French Dip sandwich I ever had.

Not going back.

Didn’t know what to expect but I tried that Thanksgiving Sandwich they had and I really liked it! Got a Salad and a Sandwich for $10! You rarely find food at that price anymore

Billy the night manager was great and showed excellent customer service. This was a great and clean atmosphere to be in. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment and I encourage all to do the same.

I have always been a fan of Pastrami sandwiches and I couldn't wait to try this one. While the location was clean, the staff friendly and the service quick, the sandwich itself (Capastrami) was disappointing - though I recognize that this is a very personal observation. It felt more like a coleslaw sandwich than a pastrami sandwich. I scrapped off most of the coleslaw, but then there wasn't too much sandwich even left. There was nothing wrong with the taste, just too much coleslaw and not enough pastrami for my taste.
