This restaurant is NOT SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY! Melissa the assistant manager is rude and completely misinformed. The same with the host Miguel. I have been coming here every 2-3 weeks. I have a standard golden doodle that weighs 75 lbs. We usually sit in the bar area at a booth. Sometimes we have sat in other areas but always in a booth. The asst. manager on one occasion tried to order me to sit in the back of the restaurant at a table that was for a very large party. It was a friend and myself. My dog would have been in the walk way. I refused and sat at a booth in the bar. Melissa continued to try giving us the wrong informaton. At one point I told her to call the police. After i said this she left us alone. Our drinks were served. Then we overheard Melissa tell our server not to take our food order. My service dog had gotten up on the vinyl booth seat and then got under the table on the floor. The post that holds the table up was in his way to get under the table from the front. Our server after a while did come and take our food order. Today 3/9/24. We went to the restaurant and had been there many times since the incident without any problems. We had sat in our usual place at a booth in the bar. Today we were taken to the back of the restaurant by Miguel the host. He tried to sit us again at the very large table and said my SD would have to stay in the walk way. Immediately my friend and myself said we wanted a booth. There was a vacant one behind the table. We were told by this misinformed host it was against the law for us to sit at the booth. I told him just as I had Melissa that he did not have a clue what he was talking about. Melissa was there today. I told the host my SD would be where he needed to be able to do his job. He continued to try and argue with me. We ended up sitting at the booth. I have had my service dog many years. I am well versed in what he is allowed to do and where he can be. I live by the ADA guidelines everyday. The assistant manager needs to be fired as well as the host. They both have no idea what they are talking about. When they are not there we never have any problems. INO my service dog has never been a problem anywhere. We have had years of training as a team and this asst. Manager and host attend one inservice and try to be an expert and spout untrue ignorant laws to someone who has lived ADA laws for years! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL OR BE PREPARED FOR A BATTLE WITH THESE TWO! DO BETTER!

My daughter n love and I went for dinner to celebrate what would have been my son and her 25 th anniversary but he is in heaven now and we loved our time spent with memories of their sweet love .Parking: There weren't too many up close spots but it was fine

First time! Our son graduated from Texas A&M December 15th and we found this restaurant, by chance.The chips were Fresh and heated, both salads were great! Our food came out quickly and we both enjoyed our dishes!We’re planning a trip back to CS just to eat here!!!

Gabe was the worst server that I have had in years! He was unwelcoming. As I was talking he walked off in med sentence. When he came back and I asked to make sure he knew I was talking to him, he struggled his shoulders like he didn't care. I asked to talked to the manager and left. Everyone else was nice so I will go back but if Gabe is there I will leave!

I love the green sauce! Only reason we go there. Service was great except I didn't get what I ordered. I think it was the guy's first day! He seemed very nervous! I didn't complain because I didn't want to discourage him. He was really nice!

Sweet and Classy
Such a sad, sad time we are in, we had a very nice, sweet and kind young lady named Chelsea help our table. I’m giving this review based on the horrible conversations that were being had and overheard about her. Some of the workers thought that it was funny to speak about her appearance in Spanish knowing that she could not understand, she is a Beautiful mixed young lady that told us that she was here in College Station for school. I just want to say at least she is doing something with herself and not just working at a restaurant! You people should be ashamed of yourself this is no way to run a restaurant a friend also told me that they had her wait on their table about a month ago and the manager a female was being VERY NASTY to her. These young teens are not your children. As a parent I would come see you for sure. You people are prey on the young and those that you think are weak well shame on you. This baby will reach high places and I hope that she finds something better than this. The food was still good I do want to point that out but the behavior of the staff is shameful.

I order casa ole a lot through door dash a lot (use different name) but today when I received my order I was SHOOK! I called once I placed my order to verify and to see what kind of lemonade they had, if they had strawberry. Miguel on the phone told me sorry they only had regular and I asked my little one if that was okay. She said yes. Well I got the order and I found this note and some strawberry flavor in the bag for her lemonade!! Besides that everything about our food was perfect! Miguel is beyond amazing for this! I just had to leave this review. So you know if you order door dash for casa ole they will take care of your order down to the details and go above and beyond for you especially if you call to verify or ask something. Thank you so much Miguel for the amazing service!

Stopped in here for a quick bite and a margarita while shopping in the mall. Ariana was my server she checked on us multiple times and took our order in a very timely manner, food wasn’t fantastic but tasted great for the price. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is this place feels really weird the atmosphere is super odd it felt like I entered the twilight zone as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. Everything else was amazing though! Just a strange vibe.
