A note from their support page:

"We currently do not have the ability to modify or cancel orders once placed. However, you are welcome to drop a note to our team so we can best support!"

I placed an order for my office to be tax exempt through their online portal, then called the store for them only to say they do not have DIRECT access to their online website and cannot take the tax off. Ok, that's fine, I will go cancel the order through the website I used, only for said website to give me the response above. Make SURE if you are eating with them, you eat in store and do not deal with their website WHATSOEVER unless you won't need modifications.

This does not affect the staff at the store, they were friendly about the situation.

Food's okay, I feel overpriced. The "Chicken and Rice" entree is predominantly Arugula (why????). Tables were not clean (I understand it gets busy, so no shade - just my experience).

The mint - cucumber lemonade (I think that's what it was) was an easy 5 stars, enough to boost food from 3 stars to 4.

$15 for 4oz of protein, of which half was one massive bite of fat (I got the lamb). I saw him grab it and should have said something, but at the same time they should know better. Flavors are good though. Overall value is just 3/5. Probably won't go back, especially given the location.

This place is disgustingly dirty, food all over the tables and floors, the employees are immature and just stand there talking to one another instead of helping customers or cleaning. My order has been incorrect several times.
It's a quick, easy healthy meal but difficult to find parking. You have to make sure to grab your own utensils and napkins.

Food tastes nice, would have given it a 5 if the steak pieces I got wasn't so chewy. This kind of cuisine is generally served at room temperature or colder I reckon, so just an FYI.

I was a bit disappointed with the service. I chose the default option but I'm fairly confident the staff member forgot to add the sauces and claimed it was added when I requested her to add it.

It is also a bit misleading to quote in bold about the charge for make it yourself option, but keep the extra charges for exceeding the topping limit not shared until you look around and spot it mentioned. The staff should mention it.

Hope my experience is better next time. Also a bike rack outside would be great, considering many customers are University students.

Terrible experience at CAVA . And I am so shocked. Mostly because of the staff at the front . the cashier was rude and disinterested and the kitchen staff aren't interested in how the food is kept and whether it is fresh or clean. The Avocados are cut up and turning black.

Previously this used to be a good place with good customer service, but today (Oct 12, around 9:40 pm) the tall guy who was preparing our salad was horrible. Some toppings were almost empty, and instead of refilling, he was just dropping the leftover water on my salad with spatula. After I insisted, he grudgingly refilled the tomato salad. He didn't refill anything else, and was behaving annoyed when I was asking what were those empty bins. No wonder my bowl tastes watery. Won't recommend anyone.

Today was my fourth order from Cava. Every time my order is missing something!!! The staff there prioritizes how quickly they can fill the bowl over quality! I'm sad that such delicious food was ruined by poor service! Let's see if this changes, otherwise I won't be ordering from them anymore

Me and 2 of my friends got food poisoning with the chicken few days ago. Everyone else was fine. Completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Will not be coming to this location again.
