The food is great! Such a good option for fresh, healthy food. The major drawback is the service. Has a manager ever been in this store? The service is atrocious. I do mostly pick up orders and 90% of the time the employees won’t walk the extra two steps to put the food on the pickup shelves. They just leave it on a cart behind the counter and make you wait even though your order is ready. They won’t even look at you for fear you might ask about your food. They are very unfriendly if you speak to them at all. It’s really unfortunate that a place with such good food is not enjoyable or reliable to eat at!

This is an EXTREMELY popular place so this rating of my experience is probably not same as most others. I've seen a line out the door weekend evenings. They probably didn't order the spicy lamb meatball pita. I won't again either. It was too runny to pick and eat. The braised lamb and the chicken bowls are amazing. Variety and uniqueness of the drink options like Mexican coke and blueberry soda are great. It is in Century Square so atmosphere is lots of people, upbeat. Inside was very clean. Be careful what you order your first time
Kids meal was enough to fill a grown man. Great price and great food. Seriously, the kids meal is enough to fill you up.

I never write reviews hopefully this one could help! The service here is absolutely horrible. The workers and rude and dismissive. They act like what you are ordering is an inconvenience. They are moving so fast they don't even stop and listen to you, yet when they're busy they move like snails. Or they won't even look up to look you in the eyes. They are consistently rude every time I have come which is many times over the last year. The place is usually dirty and tables are never clean. I would not be coming back if I didn't enjoy their food and there was another option with similar food. Hire better employees!!!

While the ingredients are fresh, relying on them for delivery or pickup often results in receiving only a fraction of your order. In my recent experience, I ordered two falafel bowls, but they forgot to include the falafel. For the price of $15 per bowl, it's reasonable to expect the complete order to be fulfilled.
