Lady at the register was rude, seemed exhausted maybe? even got my change back wrong. Then I seen a roach after i had already payed by the straws. Food wasn't bad but overall not the best experience.

Really good, they are also very fast. Their sandwiches are not really that greasy which is really nice. I would record their classic Philly cheese sandwich. 🥪 enjoy!

The males who work there are very RUDE!! They close down their fry machine at 7:20?? Close at 8??

We walked up to order and the grown man working the register was playing on his cell phone. Red flag right there.... He barely spoke loud enough to be heard. I had to ask him to repeat himself about 4 times. We finally got out food ordered and went to sit down to eat. I got one bite in when I noticed a black hair sticking out of my sandwich. I took it back to the man and he said "hold on. I'll fix it." I let him know I was no longer interested in eating there. He didn't even offer a refund. So... Charlie's got $26.97 from me and I didn't even get a sandwich without hair in it. I should've taken a picture.

I went here to get a kid's meal. The menu had the price as $4.49. The lady rang me up and it was over $7. The screen was showing $5.99 for the meal and $0.60 for a BBQ sauce. I told the cashier that the price was $4.49 on the menu and she called a man over (manager, maybe?) and he refused to honor the advertised price. Made some excuse about the system, didn't apologize for the inconvenience, and was very indifferent about the whole thing. Terrible service. Bad business.

While i did not dine here today i did witness all the staff doing everything but actually work, one employee was eating behind the line and spitting out whatever rines of what he was eating toward the line the cashier was doing an excellent job holding up the wall he was leaning on while drinking from his water bottle up until he decided to sit on a prep surface for the remainder of his time, also witness another employee touch his face and hair and then prepare food without washing his hands and not wearing gloves while preparing food i get being slow but your gonna get someone sick or worse do better
