Tastes like shareholder value. Also we never saw the same server at our table twice, it was a different person for each visit and each task. There were fries stomped into the carpet. When your meal is over, you pay the computer that lives at the table, it asks for a tip, and then you leave.

Worst experience I’ve ever had while dining with family.
Upon arrival, the hostess asked if we would like to be seated on the patio, at the time the weather was nice. After about 15 minutes the wind picked up and it felt like it dropped 10 degrees (this was not the fault of the establishment, that is not why I have a low rating for them) We asked if we could move inside, they stated that they would move us as soon as a table came available.
Appetizers were brought prior to drinks being brought out although the appetizer was ordered after drinks. My water had what looked like a huge dead bug floating in the top, the waitress gave it to me anyways and there is no way someone could have missed that. We asked for a new water with lemon, she sat the old one down on the table behind us and a new water never came. At this time almost an hour had passed and we were still waiting on a table inside. They brought the food out, it was cold by the time it hit the table. We asked for to go boxes and the check so that we could leave. Within 5 minutes of this someone else came outside and said “hey sorry, but we can move you in now.” We decided that since our food was already cold, the waitress already had a horrible attitude with us, and dead bugs are added as extra protein to drinks that it was in our best interest to leave.

Food was great the service is something else I went here wanting an enjoyable experience. Everything was going good but after we ordered the drinks it took 15 minutes for our drinks. After we got our drinks we ordered our food and it took an hour and when I say a hour I mean 4 uno games. DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG 4 UNO GAMeS are with 5 people.

Great food! I had not been to Cheddars since the 1990’s. My steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. The waiters were great, handling our large party with ease. Wish we could have made reservations.

Tuesday 14 Oct we had lunch there. We ordered different meals with mixed drinks. I had a frozen margarita. I couldn't drink half of it before my throat tightened up. After lunch I went to home Depot. By the time I left home Depot I was sick. I live 40 miles away. Stopped 4 times to dry heaves. Was constipated, bad. Couldn't pass gas, swelled up like a basket ball. Was two in morning before I could go to bathroom. My wife got the worst case of diarrhea she ever had. I still had dri heaves the next day. I won't go back.

An update. Chedders had a company contact me consernig my complaint. I repeated what was in my review plus some. Took two weeks to get over the food poisoning I got there. I informed her that I wasn't going to sue or ask for any other stuff. But she specifically asked me again if I was going to file on them. It appears to me that my health wasn't a concern, just wanted to know if I would sue. My advice to you is any time you suspect food poisoning from a restaurant you immediately go to an ER.

My family and I go there a lot and it's usually pretty good but last night the food was alright. Our service was ok my dad had the steak and baked potato but they forgot the potato.

I recently visited this location with my three children, and while we were seated promptly upon arrival, the service that followed was extremely disappointing. After being escorted to our table, no server came by to greet us, or even take our drink order. We sat for approximately 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff.

During this time, I noticed two other families arrive after us, and both were attended to almost immediately. Their servers introduced themselves, took drink orders, and made them feel welcomed, while my table was overlooked completely. As a parent dining with 3 kids, it was frustrating and uncomfortable to feel ignored in such a visible way.

What made the experience more concerning was not just the lack of attention, but the sense that our presence wasn’t valued at all. Customer service and hospitality are a major part of dining out, and unfortunately this visit reflected the opposite.

Based on this experience, I will not recommend this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works with the staff to improve attentiveness and professionalism, as no guest should feel disregarded the way we did.
